Singapore Birthday Getaway

    We continued our journey to Singapore and arrived in Changi Airport after lunch. From the airport, we took taxi going to our hotel, Resort World Festive Hotel, Sentosa. One thing we noticed on the way was the weather. The sky looks so gloomy but I know we will enjoy no matter what the weather is.

    Moving on, our first stop is Funan DigitaLife Mall, this place is  known for its competitive and cheap prices ranging from computers, gadgets to cameras. My husband eying to buy a compact tripod. After going from one store to another, he purchase a carbon-fiber tripod with great deal. http://siruicanada.com/tripods/n2204.htm The best part after is walking from Funan to Merlion Park, distance : around 2-3 km.

   Dine at San-sui Sumiyaki & Bar,One Fullerton. After that we head to Marina Bay Sands, a world-class luxury casino and hotel in Singapore capped by Sands Skypark.

    The next morning, it was raining cats and dogs and it is actual my birthday. We decided to wait for the rain to stop but it didn't. We just proceed to Universal Studios, since we did an online booking we don't want to forfeit (and it is the main reason why we go to Singapore in the first place).Good thing, most parts of the park are covered with roofing so the visitors can still enjoy even though its raining or even the sun is scorching hot.

I am so thankful to the Lord for this wonderful trip.

He prepared the way for us and guided us through.

I felt restored spiritually, our relationship grew stronger.

There is nothing more I could ask for.

Advice: If you are planning to go Singapore with your family, book everything beforehand. For Universal Studios, there is an option for express lane, It is ideal to those who have children rather than queuing up.

Hotel: 3/5 (our room is appealing, just need improvement on toiletries provided and free Wifi next time:) )
